—This is Chairman Wu's comment on the winners in 2022 when I won the Company President's Award, and also a true reflection of my four years’ experience after joining Shanying.

I served as the General Manager of Sichuan Hengxiang from May 2019 to December 2020. Facing the difficult situation at that time, we were in dire need of change. In production and operation, I improved human efficiency and reduced production costs through reforms of boilers, production line temperature control systems, equipment automation and business outsourcing; in talent management, I improved the management and efficiency of various business areas through measures such as selection, training and development of career development plans for middle-level personnel, laying a talent foundation for Sichuan Hengxiang's long-term development; in HSE management, I improved the management of the fire protection system, safety equipment, environmental protection and governance equipment improvement, and thus enhanced Sichuan Hengxiang's safety and environmental management level. In 2020, Sichuan Hengxiang's sales volume increased by 16% over the same period, and EBIT increased by 1261% over the same period. We succeeded in turning a loss into a profit, and I was granted the Best Contribution Award by the Company.

In January 2021, I was transferred to Hefei Hengxiang as General Manager. When I first arrived at the company, I went deep into the front line in research works and held talks with colleagues from all departments and at all levels. On the basis of understanding Hefei Hengxiang's original operational capacity, I took a series of effective reform measures. In terms of production operation, I improved the production efficiency and shortened the production cycle through the technical reform of the equipment and the transformation of the production process, and thus enhanced Hefei Hengxiang's ability to obtain orders; in terms of sales management, I optimized the customer structure, ensured the proportion of home appliances customers while vigorously developed and adjusted the non-home appliance customers, and enhanced the comprehensive unit margins; in terms of team building, I adjusted the functions, optimized the staffing, and greatly improved the team's cohesion and implementation force. In 2021 and 2022, Hefei Hengxiang's business indicators were substantially improved respectively. In 2021, Hefei Hengxiang's operating income, EBIT and unit margin increased by 35.19%, 133.52% and 18% respectively when compared with the same period. In 2022, I was granted the President Award of the Company.
