My name is Nguy?n Th? Ngà (Vietnamese), Ruan Shi’e in Chinese, and I was born in 1989 in Huy?n Thu?n Thành, T?nh B?c Ninh, Vietnam. Because I have always had a deep feeling for China, I studied in Chinese Language Department at T?nh B?c Ninh Foreign Languages School in 2009, and at the same time, in order to improve my Chinese language communication skills, I worked in a Chinese company while attending the school. In 2020, I joined Vietnam Zhongjian Packaging Co., Ltd. and have been working here so far, engaged in purchasing work.

Before joining Vietnam Zhongjian, I have never been in contact with the packaging industry. From the procurement of raw and auxiliary materials to hardware and tools, everything is from scratch. Together with Vietnam Zhongjian, I have realized the overall leap from 0 to 1. In 2022, we achieved the successful completion of the budget over the revenue target. Because of the limitations of professional knowledge, I completed all the work on weekdays not very perfectly, but I have always maintained a sense of responsibility for the work, and constantly been learning the knowledge of the packaging industry, working hard, and successfully completed the work assigned by the higher leadership.

Although the three years of work brings me a lot of pressure, when looking back, from the beginning to the present, I have learned a lot of valuable experience, known a lot of colleagues and friends at home and abroad, so I think as long as we work together, have a goal and go to achieve it, we can help improve the Company’s efficiency, and meanwhile my personal growth can achieve long-term development.

Just like the mission of the Group “make life better with paper as a medium”, I am very fortunate to join Shanying International Group’s Vietnam Zhongjian Packaging Co., Ltd. Shanying’s culture is tolerant and friendly. Both Vietnamese employees and Chinese employees work together for the same goal. I would like to thank the Company for three years’ training, and I hope that we will work together, struggle, fight, and go forward hand in hand in the future. Come on!
