Since I joined the Company in September 2000, I have been working with the Company for more than twenty years. With the Company’s continuous development and growth, from the initial private enterprise to a listed company, I have also realized my own growth. When I first joined the Company, I was a blank in the field of packaging raw paper procurement. Thanks to the Company’s people-oriented corporate culture with a focus on training and development of talent, under the cultivation of the Company’s leadership, I have gradually grown from an ordinary procurement employee of the internal workforce at the very beginning into a senior purchasing manager and the current Supply Chain Director of the Paper BU. I am always full of passion, working hard, studying assiduously, and constantly put the interests of the Company in the first place.

In 2022, due to the Company’s need, I was transferred from the Group’s Packaging BU to the Paper BU. A new segment and a new field lead to higher challenges. In 2022, under the premise of guaranteeing the supply, I carried out weekly review of bulk material inventory in transit, optimized the balance of the base bulk raw material inventory and the amount of in transit based the demand, and reduced the occupation of funds.

I am very grateful for the Company’s trust and cultivation, as well as the mentors and partners who support and encourage me in adversity, and it is this working environment that gives me great confidence and strength in the process of meeting challenges, making achievements and realizing growth.
